Job Summary: Reporting to the Content Production Director, the Content Production Specialist is responsible for the overall content production process for all brand shoots. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the on-set direction of all local shoots including e-com and elevated shoots;Responsible for the selecting, processing, merchandising and naming of main & alternate images for local shoots including e-commerce and elevated shoots while maintaining alignment with overall brand direction;Manages retouching production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time;Participates in the strategic conceptualization of photography direction aligned with seasonal campaign direction and brand filters for all local elevated shoots;Partners with the fashion stylists to ensures hair & make up are aligned with overall brand direction and shoot concept;Provides relevant research of competitive offerings and related recommendations, and comes up with new and innovative ideas while staying current and on trend;Researches and maintains boards of lighting, concepts, positions;Researches/Proposes models/influencers that are aligned with overall brand direction and shoot concept;Oversees and participates in image retouching and color correcting of all material;Liaises cross-functionally and with adjacent departments to ensure all parties are alignedSupports Content Production Director and Art Director in all assigned tasksTo qualify for this role, you must have Minimum of 5 years of experience in photography; College degree or equivalent in photography or graphic design; Advanced knowledge/experience of Adobe Photoshop; Experience with full Adobe Suite; Knowledge of Capture One; Bilingual, French and English, both spoken and written; Ability to communicate and build strong interpersonal relations; Great organizational and prioritizing skills; Excellent analysis capabilities; Teamwork skills; Autonomy and initiative.
