The Bertossi Group is seeking Experienced Sous Chefs to help us carry on our tradition of creating award-winning hospitality! Our Sous Chefs are responsible for leading, motivating and engaging the team by executing the highest standard of culinary excellence, while running their sections. Our Sous Chefs are also responsible for assisting in the training & development of the cooks, while ensuring the highest quality standards for culinary production, cleanliness, labour control and food hygiene.
