Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with Systems Integrators (SIs) and cloud providers to deliver our cutting-edge solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mindset and have a proven track record of success in complex sales environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the North American market.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with Systems Integrators and cloud providers to create joint value propositions and drive collaborative sales efforts.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports to the senior management team.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex sales environments, preferably within the IT/software industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Systems Integrators and cloud providers is essential.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated hunter with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
