Software Project Manager We’re looking for a dynamic individual that will take a leadership role in managing the customization and deployment of our solutions to millions of clients of financial institutions. You’ll liaise with customers, negotiate & manage deliverables and drive all parties toward shared success. If you’re a hands-on person with a can-do attitude and eager for growth, opportunity and increased responsibility, this is the role for you. Although initially you’ll be the only dedicated project manager, in the future, you could be the person who builds a team that can manage our expanding list of international customer projects. What you’ll do here: Manage projects, from the identification of needs, to post-delivery support. Prepare & update project documentation including project plans & schedules, status reports, change requests, burn-down charts, etc. Communicate with and manage customer expectations about status, changes, problems and risks. Organize, drive, document and track tasks, commitments and meetings Develop, manage & report project KPIs Work with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve project management processes & outcomes.
