Job Description
Your role:• Meet with clients following the sale of our solutions to collect information required to deliver on cost, quality, and schedule to ensure we provide quick time to value. • Working with our team to deliver on a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of their solution. • Communicating with clients throughout the solution implementation process to obtain feedback and approval. • Learn, configure, and install software systems and all necessary components. • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure we are creating “raving fans” • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones. Position Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field. • GIS and/or Infrastructure Asset Management Experience is considered an asset. • Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist. • Sound technical knowledge. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems. • The ability to multitask effectively. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Detail-oriented. • Municipal experience is an asset.
