Our products can be found in New York City, Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, Hawai’i, the Virgin Islands, and many towns and cities in between. In this role, we have made our name supplying & installing Millwork, Cabinetry & Case goods that meet the requirements of each brand’s standards. We set ourselves apart from the pack by working from the brand prototypes first, and then adapting this knowledge to each new project that comes across our table. Responsible for final design and production release of kitchen cabinet products to manufacturing, purchasing and project management. In frequent communication with the internal and external project execution teams. Develop and coordinate effective and code compliant solutions to the production team and project managers. Work with internal project teams face to face, via phone or conferencing tools to interpret owners and architects design intent. In unison with the Plant Manager, Project Manager and drafts people, release production packets to manufacturing and purchasing that meet industry compliance, customer expectations and correct manufacturing techniques. Maintain all CAD/CAM software to the latest possible version. Use current software solutions to communicate programs and cut lists to CNC machines and manufacturing personnel. Work with production to complete projects. Escalate situations that would lead to cost overages to the Plant Manager and Project Manager for resolution and provide alternatives. Release product solutions that meet company supply chain, manufacturing and installation capabilities. Provide purchasing and project management with accurate material lists and takeoffs in a timely manner to meet project schedules. Coordinates work orders, changes orders and request for work with Plant Manager and Project Managers in a timely manner. Designing special methodologies for custom projects and installations, in an efficient manner, consistent with efficient manufacturing standards. Have working knowledge of related CAD/CAM software – Microvellum - Autocad – Inventor. Communicate with department heads and CNC operators during assignments and resolution of machining, production, or quality issues. Coordinate with the project management and drafting department to harmonize methodologies across the company. Verify that the final product meets the technical specifications on drawings.
