Responsibilities:
- Develop IVR applications and call flows using technologies such as VXML, Nuance Dialogue Modules (NDM), Java, and JavaScript on the Nuance Development Framework (NDF).
- Design new call flows as part of project enhancements, create technical design documents, and develop use cases.
- Develop new grammars (speech and DTMF) using GRXML (Grammar extended markup language).
- Implement new IVR call flow designs, menus, and routing rules.
- Create reports for IVR containment and performance monitoring using tools like Splunk and Nuance Application Reporting (NAR).
Desirable Skills:
- Proficient in Java, JSP, VXML, JavaScript, XML, and Grammar XML.
- Experience with the Nuance Development Framework (NDF), Nuance Dialogue Modules (NDM), and Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer.
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies like SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience in version control systems like SVN, TFS, and GitHub.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
