A Typical Day Work collaboratively with service providers to develop plans Facilitate collaborative meetings that are child centered and family focused Plan family case conferences, family group conferences and youth transition conferences Maintain electronic client files Create comprehensive reports Successful Candidates Will Have Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related discipline 2-4 years experience in delivery of Social Services associated with Child & Family Services Experience working in Indigenous communities along with knowledge of Child & Family Services Legislation Must have valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle Preference will be given to applicants of First Nations ancestry as per Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, please self-identify Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be fully vaccinated Facilitation experience rquired Total Rewards $26.00 hourly Paid time off at Christmas above paid vacation time Additional paid stat and civic holidays 35 hour work week Full benefits package including health, paramedical, dental, vision and EAP Paid sick days Ongoing professional development Interested?
