Social Media Specialist
Mississauga
$38/hr
1 year mat leave contract

Duties:
-Leading development & deployment of Instagram content calendar to support innovation & strategic priorities
- Leading content creation, copy writing and posting across Meta & Instagram
- Identifying gaps in content and working with creative agency to develop and launch
- Community management (e.g. comments on posts, answering dm's etc.)
- Social KPI reporting
o Supporting the National Education Manager with virtual education assets
o Creating, editing, and posting photos and videos for IG & TikTok
o Overseeing paid ad strategy across Meta & Tiktok and working closely with agency partners
Assets:
*Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and assets either through personal or work experience (i.e. Instagram stories, reels, grid posts, Tik Tok, Facebook)
*Knowledge of paid ads is preferred
- Social content photography & editing capabilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
