Come join our team!We are currently looking for a Social Media & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!The Social Media & Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for PMRI’s visual corporate identity and volunteer engagement and awareness to promote registration. Responsible for digital content creation and design, social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other marketing sources) campaign planning and execution, and communication support to achieve our corporate branding awareness and volunteer registration goals. This position reports to the Manager, Screening.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and Content Creation:Establishing creative directions for the company as well as brand guidelines.Adopting the corporate identity across the creative/ communication materials and ensuring consistent brand presentation.Produce and design marketing materials for flyers, brochures, campaigns, or blogs etc..Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns or clinic usage.Photo manipulation, editing, and compositing as required.Support the development of sales/presentation materials by utilizing visual storytelling skills.Manage production of creative projects from concept to completion.Social Media Marketing Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of social media marketing, including marketing towards sponsors, subjects, and the public.Develop marketing plans and initiatives to achieve study recruitment target with Screening Manager.Develop and execute paid media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and others to generate conversions.Manage, analyze, and monitor social media accounts to optimize content for search engines and lead generation (both organic and paid campaigns)Generate ideas, strategies and materials with other departments for social media and company webpages.Collaborate with other teams, like project management, IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.Drive digital marketing and automation campaigns across various online channels - SEO, Social Media and Digital Ads, InfluencersCreate email marketing strategies and manage their deployment.Keep up to date with all industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices.Study Recruitment Responsibilities Work on recruiting activities when assigned to get familiar with recruiting employeesUnderstand and assist as needed for screening activitiesParticipate regular training programs including GCP, SOP training, and in-house training modulesQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business CommunicationsKnowledge of the medical or pharmaceutical industry is an assetAt least 1-2 years in digital marketing or community managementExperience in running various advertising campaigns through email or on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and othersUnderstanding or experience in data-driven marketing and data analyticsPreviously worked with medical or pharmaceutical industry would be an assetStrong MS Office Skills and graphic or video design-related softwareExperience with social media content creation, including social media calendars and ad copy, across various channels and media typesAbility to work with minimum supervisionExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral skillsPassion for social media marketingWe offer: Competitive compensation planMentorship OpportunitiesA benefit plan that is fully paid for by PMRI, including healthcare, dentalcare, vision care, LTD, Life Insurance, AD&D, along with a Health Spending and Wellness Spending Accounts and a voluntary RRSP Contribution PlanOpportunities for advancement and career progressionA generous Employee Milestones Awards ProgramCorporate Discounts ProgramLearning Support ProgramsFriendly atmosphere, culture of learningPlease note all applications must be eligible to work within Canada.PMRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer; promoting accessibility and inclusivity at work and offering accommodation for applicants as required and requested.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected to proceed in the interview process will be contacted.
