You’ll use your creativity to develop engaging social content that attracts, engages and retains followers while also driving traffic and conversions. You’ll use your technical and analytical skills to target key audiences, set up A/B tests, and carefully track results.  Your Responsibilities Include:Analyzing the social strategies of our key competitorsFamiliarizing yourself with the customer personas of each school (QC Makeup Academy, QC Design School, QC Event School and QC Pet Studies)Understanding our brand voice and assessing the current performance of each school’s SM channelsDeveloping comprehensive social media strategies for each school incorporating both paid and organic initiatives. Your strategies will outline plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, enrollments. Executing and measuring paid social campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and enrollmentHelping with the execution of social organic activities and monitoring and analyzing performance  Setting up and managing content development projects with SMEsLeveraging video creation across platformsStaying on top of trends in the social media industry and adapting approaches as necessaryEvaluating opportunities for partnering with influencers and moving ahead if viable  Your Qualifications:Social Media Marketer: 5+ yearsBachelor’s Degree You HaveExcellent writing skills and you can create content for any audienceExpert knowledge in running paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTokThe ability to create compelling and shareable content using tools such as Canva, Capcut etc.Excellent project management skills and you can productively work with other departments Exceptional data analytics skills and you know how to mine data in various marketing platforms including Google Analytics, ESPs, CRMS, and Social Media platforms Strong knowledge of full-funnel marketing and a proven track record of moving prospects from awareness to saleNice to havesExperience utilizing AI tools to optimize your workflow (eg. Jasper, ChatGPT)Previous experience marketing online courses Communicator: You’re inquisitive, curious, and highly proficient in both written and verbal communication.Executor: You’re not afraid to jump in, take initiative, and play an active role in writing, launching, monitoring, and improving campaigns.Detail-Oriented: You’re meticulous and methodical, diligently monitoring changes and fixing problems quickly.Resourceful: You take responsibility and enjoy learning independently, finding solutions even when you don't have all the answers.Team Player: You thrive in an environment where you can receive feedback, share ideas, and work collaboratively with a close-knit team.Why Work for QC Career School?Hybrid/remote work experience!
