The D3 Marketing team is seeking a Social Media Manager (20 Hr Per Week Contract) who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive social media strategy, primarily for LinkedIn but also including other networks. We’re looking for someone who can grow our following, foster relationships with other users and accounts, leverage existing experts and content within D3, and help us to establish an engaging voice and brand across social channels. This position is a 20 Hr Per Week contract, with the possibility of turning into a full time position.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGImplement, monitor and manage social media accounts and strategies that help deliver our goalsEdit, publish, share and track engaging content daily, including written text, photos, graphics, videos, etc.Coordinate with other companies, individuals, partners and brands to amplify D3’s reach and generate new followers and interestEngage with followers, respond to questions in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsManage D3’s profiles and ensure design elements are aligned with each other and the company’s brand guidelinesCreate and implement new strategies, creative ideas, platform features to increase engagement, security and ROICurate, utilize and leverage customer feedback, reviews and testimonialsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMUST HAVE previous work as a Social Media Manager, in the B2B, B2B SAAS or Cyber Security spaceAbility to create truly engaging social content and campaignsCopywriting skillsAbility to create, curate, edit and share creative and/or multimedia contentGood working knowledge of marketing best practicesAn organized, accountable and data-driven individual who can complete their own workWHAT WE OFFER (For Full Time Employees)Competitive salaryHealth coverage/Wellness spending accountTransit passes (Vancouver, BC)
