As the point person for day-to-day and account maintenance, you'll build strong relationships with social platform partners, explore innovative tactics for campaign performance improvement, and contribute to creative campaign builds. With your expertise in setting up paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and more, you'll make a significant impact while working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:

  • Develop a strong working relationship with Social Platform partners and internal agency partners, to become the point person for day to day needs and account maintenance for all active campaigns
  • Work with sales reps to explore new tactics (placements, creative units) to improve performance of social campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of campaign builds such as QA creative assets, tracking, and implementing it into the platform
  • Ensure pacing is completed at the proper cadence and any issues are properly flagged
  • Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc.)
  • Become proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns
  • Can set up campaigns on: META, Pinterest, Tik Tok and SnapChat

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of three years of experience in setting up paid social media campaigns. Set up in Meta, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • You’re comfortable managing client relationships and thrive leading world-class social programs.
  • As a natural mentor, you enjoy developing strong cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding trafficking and website tagging processes an asset.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
