Job Title: Social Media Account Manager Preferably Kelowna, BC or Kamloops, BC (Remote/Hybrid options available) JORDS is a dynamic and creative team of professionals who have been working together for over four years. We proudly serve an incredible roster of creative clients, providing exceptional social media management, content creation, strategy, branding and web design. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our tight-knit team. Based in Kelowna + Kamloops, BC we work with brands worldwide. Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms for our clients. Develop and execute engaging social media strategies in collaboration with the team and clients. Create high-quality graphics and visuals using tools like Canva (Illustrator is a bonus) Edit and produce content using editing software such as CapCut or similar. Craft compelling and effective copy for social media posts and campaigns. Monitor social media trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content calendars. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities. Generate and analyze performance reports to measure success and provide insights. Understand E-Mail Marketing platforms such as FloDesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar platforms. Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts. Proficiency in using Later or similar social media scheduling tools. Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or other graphic design and video editing software. Demonstrated experience in building and executing social media strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Content creation experience is essential. Starting pay at $25 per hour, with increases based on experience. Initial contract position for the first 3 months, transitioning to part-time and potentially full-time. Flexible working environment, including remote work options.
