We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our tight-knit team. Based in Kelowna + Kamloops, BC we work with brands worldwide. Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms for our clients.Develop and execute engaging social media strategies in collaboration with the team and clients.Create high-quality graphics and visuals using tools like Canva (Illustrator is a bonus)Edit and produce content using editing software such as CapCut or similar.Craft compelling and effective copy for social media posts and campaigns.Monitor social media trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content calendars.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.Generate and analyze performance reports to measure success and provide insights.Understand E-Mail Marketing platforms such as FloDesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar platforms. Requirements:Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.Proficiency in using Later or similar social media scheduling tools.Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or other graphic design and video editing software.Strong ability to create compelling graphics and engaging copy.Demonstrated experience in building and executing social media strategies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Content creation experience is essential.Preferably located in Kelowna, BC, or Kamloops, BC.Available 10 hours/week to startCompensation:Starting pay at $25 per hour, with increases based on experience.Initial contract position for the first 3 months, transitioning to part-time and potentially full-time.Benefits:Fair wages with opportunities for bonuses and commissions on top of salaries.Comprehensive benefits package.Flexible working environment, including remote work options.Gym membership and fitness/wellness allowance.Application Process:We are dedicated to finding the perfect fit for our team and clients, so we are not in a rush to fill this position.
