Working for an employer who is regularly recognized as one of Canada’s best employers such as Kincentric 2023 What the Role Entails: Develop, create, and maintain systems using Smartsheet for reporting and tracking open issues. Create and maintain SharePoint site used to house various reports and artifacts. Create notification system to ensure items and tasks are completed. Data migration from existing reporting systems to newly developed ones. Monitor reporting systems to ensure internal and external owners are notified and resolve non-conformities and open items in timely manner. Receive Smartsheet requests for new users, sheets, automations, blueprints and reports. Maintain and update Resource Management for Smartsheet. Demonstrated ability to develop and create new workspaces, groups, templates, workflows, submission forms and automations, using Smartsheet and the available Smartsheet add-ins Continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and changes is also key to success in this role. The Successful candidate will have: *If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply* Post-Secondary Education in a related discipline or applicable professional experience. Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator/Developer. Proven experience in Excel and Macro development. Strong experience creating data-driven knowledge that promotes profitability. Strong report writing and documentation skills. Fluent in Microsoft productivity suites and cloud computing tools. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Team player, self-starter, and ability to think and resolve issues independently.
