Job Description
SALARY: Hourly wage TBD. Pension, health / dental coverage, disability insurance, and
vacation available (4 weeks to start).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Certified Professional, preferred
- Practical knowledge of any of the following skill areas would be an asset: MS Office, MS Exchange Server, MS-SQL Server, video-conferencing technologies, and/or virtual machines/servers
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing system support, training, consultation and system implementation
- Must have advanced understanding of computer hardware, including experience in working with a networked environment
- Must be capable of working independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent client service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- § Assist in the provision of computer services, including support, assistance, training and acting in the capacity of liaison with end-users.
- Provide technical support and training for all hardware, application software, and operating systems software.
- Diagnose, evaluate and resolve problems.
