Join us, as we change an industry and make awesome workplaces accessible to more companies.We are looking to add a great, energetic, initiative and problem solver Site Supervisor to manage our project site and help us deliver the best quality results for our clients. This role is crucial to M Moser Associates to help us scale and deliver on our mission.Primary Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all site construction day to day activities and ensure trades complete accurate work, according to contract documents and construction drawings.Enforce health and safety compliance throughout the siteKeep projects on schedule by coordinating trades and required materials daily.Ensure high standards of construction quality, with minimal deficiencies and rework.Build strong working relationships with building operators, landlord, security, trades, suppliers and other external stakeholders.Provide diligent and detailed updates on all site activities through Daily Logs, Site Observations and Weekly Meetings.Coordinate with M Moser’s Sustainability team to ensure waste management requirements are in line with LEED/WELL requirementsCoordinate with our accounting team to ensure invoices, insurances, WSIB, and close out documents are in place and completeVerify schedule of values / progress draws are reviewed and verified for processingCoordinate with design team to raise any concerns / risks might impact the project schedule and costOnly candidates with authorization to work in Canada will be considered.Ensures all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. are adheredSchedules and attends inspections with all local authorities having jurisdiction to ultimately obtain suite occupancy permitsQualifications & Key CompetenciesAt least 3 years’ experience in commercial interiors and work place interior fit out projects in Ontario.Construction project management degreeStrong estimation and budget management skillsStrong communication skills and experience collaborating with trades, suppliers, inspectors, engineers and / or designers.Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work and navigate through CAD/ Revit drawingsProven ability to work under pressure and after hoursTeam player and willing to pitch in as necessary - this role will require flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.Valid Ontario driver’s license and insurance required.Note: Moser is an equal opportunity employer
