Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan : Are you a seasoned pro in the construction world, particularly when it comes to overseeing the construction of high-rise multi-family projects? If so, we've got an opportunity that's tailor-made for your expertise constructing buildings and shaping communities. This role will oversee projects in the Lower Mainland.
Salary Range:
$140,000 to $180,000
Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master PlanDuties:
Ensure project schedule is on track working in collaboration with the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager
Execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget
Manage all key aspects of the construction site
Maintain a safe and organized site
Manage all day-to-day activities
Manage and schedule sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors
Manage direct employees
Manage materials and service purchase orders as per company processes
Lead site project meetings and provide direction and guidance when needed
Maintain daily reports and schedule to demonstrate site progress
Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan requirements:
6 years+ experience as a Superintendent or similar direct supervisory role
Experience in concrete high-rise residential is required
Combination of work experience and/or certification/training in an industry-related trade
Working knowledge of health and safety programs within the general construction industry
Solid understanding of current construction practices, working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications
Ability to guide safe work practices in a high-pressure environment
Strong leader, able to communicate clearly and promote teamwork
Ability to use technology, email, and learn software programs as needed
