Job Scope: Individuals in this role will manage all aspects of one of our storage facilities. A true customer service role, this employee is hands-on, enjoys working with a variety of customers and takes pride in providing great service. This position is a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking for a secure long term role that can also provide them with the potential for career advancement.
Tasks

  • Customer Service: Make customers feel at home by providing them with welcoming environment for their storage needs
  • Sales: Assist reservation and walk-in customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
  • Maintenance: Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Admin: Prepare deposits & balance cash drawer and other required duties
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, etc
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (E-mail, Microsoft Office, etc)
  • Bilingual
  • Able to work independently
