Job Scope: Individuals in this role will manage all aspects of one of our storage facilities. A true customer service role, this employee is hands-on, enjoys working with a variety of customers and takes pride in providing great service. Tasks
- Customer Service: Make customers feel at home by providing them with welcoming environment for their storage needs
- Sales: Assist reservation and walk-in customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
- Maintenance: Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Admin: Prepare deposits & balance cash drawer and other required duties
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (E-mail, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Bilingual
- Able to work independently
