We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Bathurst, New Brunswick area.About the Role:Reporting to the Reclamation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of operations, maintenance and surveillance for the Heath Steele closed site. The candidate will lead a small team on-site, and develop, implement, maintain and document all phases of the environmental and site management systems, effectively assessing, managing and mitigating risk.The Site Manager role is accountable for developing and maintaining site-specific safety procedures and protocols that comply with Corporate and jurisdictional requirements and ensuring adherence by anyone who is present on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all environmental programs are compliant and demonstrate leadership with health and safety programs. Community and stakeholder engagement is also a priority for the successful candidate.
