Job Description
The Showroom Sales & Design Consultant's responsibility is to drive sales revenue and quoting volume of Caesarstone products through the Design Centre while providing excellent customer service to all traffic within the Caesarstone showroom. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for defined sales metrics within the Region, will be support homeowners and designers and coordinate the selection of Caesarstone counter tops. As a direct point of contact with customers and consumers, this fast-paced role requires an in-depth understanding of the Caesarstone Connect quoting system, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to react quickly. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by assisting all clients in their selection of Caesarstone Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service Assist customers on the showroom floor by providing product information, advice as well as handing out samples Provide retail consultations, quotes and design layouts for customers through consultative meetings Facilitate sales transactions for Caesarstone products as part of the Caesarstone Connect Retail Program Ownership of customer / consumer quoting pipeline for Caesarstone Connect showroom opportunities Primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by assisting all clients in their selection of Caesarstone Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service Assist customers on the showroom floor by providing product information, design ideas, and advice as well as handing out samples. Ensure upkeep and ownership of design center meeting room for customer/consumer meetings Refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required Ensuring entire showroom is kept clean and tidy and maintenance of all showroom displays and facilities Identify new customer opportunities and leads development to expand customer base Organize, categorize and storage/release of all samples by product Ensure that all samples and marketing material such as brochures are always kept at required stock levels (i.e. inventory count and re-ordering) Ensure quality of samples prior to distribution Conduct the administrative tasks of inter-branch transfer of material Ensure that all samples and marketing material such as brochures are kept at required stock levels at all times; organize, assemble and put away all samples by product The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 RequirementsPost-secondary education (college/university) an asset - Ideally: interior design experience (studying or special interest) Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Resourceful and flexible Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills Punctual, reliable to complete tasks on timely basis Excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of computer programs, database, Microsoft software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle) Self-motivated team player who will fit well into high-demand, fast-paced work environment Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends, if needed Working Conditions Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The candidate will show leadership and initiative. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair and will have creativity and self-motivation. They must be able to work independently and must have the capacity to multitask. Furthermore, they must be able to bring initiatives to full completion without close supervision.
