Skills and Responsibilities: • Expertise testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM) testing experience Data Migration testing • Experienced to different development methodologies like Waterfall Mode, and Agile development. • Expertise in preparing Test Plans, developing, reviewing, and executing Test Cases based on Functional Requirements, Business Requirements and Use Cases Documents. • Adept in identifying Test Scenarios and Writing Test Cases by applying Test Case Design Techniques • Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Data base and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing • Proven ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments. • Experience in requirement review meetings, analyzing requirements, User Stories (Agile), Developing test plan and test cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Defect management, Reporting and tracking. • Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team. • ITSM/ITOM Modules (Incident/Problem/Change & release/ Request Management, Portal), • Methodologies: Agile / Waterfall (Scrum), ITIL processes, SDLC, STLC • Languages: Java, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, SQL • Testing Tools: Selenium, HP Quality Center/ALM/Test Director • Work with ServiceNow BA/BSA to understand the project testing requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases. • Review design documents and perform GAP analysis* Create test data as per the planned test cases. • Manage and track test executions, defects using Test Data Management tool. • Participate in Defect triage calls to review and prioritize defects and work as needed with SMEs - BSA, DEV to reproduce or retest defects* Provide input for Test Closure reports.
