Position: ITSM ServiceNow Developer
Location: Canada (Remote)
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Contract Type: 3 months, with high chance of extension, long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Service Catalogs (update existing ones and generate new ones)
- Expand SLA definition and tracking
- Revamp and manage Notifications
Requirements:
- Must be incorporated in the USA or Canada
- Experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in creating and managing Service Catalogs, SLAs, and Notifications
- Mexican Spanish speakers are a real plus
