Alldus International are hiring for multiple ServiceNow Business Process Consultant Positions.Positions are open for those with experience in any of the following areas: ITOM, CSM, OMT, Team Lead.Positions are open to those residing in Canada and working proficiency in FRENCH Is a MUST.As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant Team Lead the role and responsibilities include:Help the Director of Business Process Consulting onboard new team members.Provide coaching and support to team members that report to you via 1:1s and quarterly reviews.Collaborate with each of your team members on their personal development and training plans.Perform timecard approval and analysis to optimize resource utilization and ensure accurate billing to clients.Co-organize and co-host monthly team meetings with the Director of Business Process Consulting.Contribute to the standardization of Business Process Consulting practices and templates and ensure their consistent application on projects.Approximately 70% of your time will be allocated to projects where you will fulfill the following Business Process Consulting responsibilities:Participate in the design, deployment, and integration of ServiceNow products for our clients.Contribute to project planning and delivery methodology definition.Design and lead client demonstrations and workshops.Gather and analyze client business needs and ensure their communication to fellow project team members.Define business processes and process improvement areas.Collaborate with project team members to recommend solutions that minimize technical debt while meeting client needs.Create high quality written deliverables.Assist in backlog prioritization and test plan definition.Participate in application review, testing and quality control activities.Design and conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.
