Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the department
- Open and close work orders
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
- Sell and advise on maintenance, inspection and safety services
- Follow up with customers
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role (an asset)
- General automotive knowledge
- Bilingual (oral and written); French / English
- Good organizational skills
- Strong team spirit
