Exciting Career Opportunity: Senior Warehouse Operations Manager.Role Location: Bury St. Edmunds.Are you a dynamic Warehouse professional looking to make a significant impact at a distribution centre, working for a well-known, leading 3PL provider?Company Overview:Loom Talent Limited have been exclusively appointed by a rapidly growing, well-known, 3PL business due to open a key DC in their growing network, based in Bury St. Edmunds.Our client operates in the 3PL space for multiple prestigious brands across the Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale & Manufacturing sectors, and they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.
