They will champion a thriving environment of collaboration, authenticity and healthy critique, in which we honor diversity of thought, create a culture of belonging, and elevate one another. Working alongside our Development, Delivery, and Strategy stakeholders, this position collaborates on and builds engaging content that delights our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign all aspects of our industry-leading, web-based product suite.Conduct UX research to deeply understand the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. Transform findings into actionable insights and recommendations.Effectively present findings and actionable insights to appropriate stakeholders.Collaborate closely with Product and Development in an agile, iterative, data-informed product development environment.Conduct regular design reviews, gathering feedback from stakeholders and driving decision-making for product and feature improvement.Present and communicate research and design decisions to various stakeholders across the business.Provide input on the future direction of the product experience.Possess a deep understanding of the recruitment advertising landscape and Appcast’s unique value we provide to our clients.QualificationsExpertise in user-centered design and research practices.Communication, storytelling, interpersonal, and analytical skills allow you to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels within the organization.A portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience, expertise, and process of creating human-centered design solutions with measurable results.Ability to pick up complex products and ideas quickly.Familiarity working with quantitative data tools (Pendo) to gain insights that influence your design decisions.Familiarity with popular project management (Jira, etc.) and design utilities (Figma, etc.).Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or other related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years experience in a B2B product design role, preferably in a complex domain.Travel RequirementsTravel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.Additional InformationWe’re the best at what we do.We’re the global leader in programmatic recruitment advertising.
