Quality Assurance: Oversee and contribute to the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring that the project is working properly and it meets the expectations.

How is going to be a day working with us?

· We strongly believe in schedule flexibility , so you can come to the office whenever you want, as long as you can participate in our daily meetings, at 10h30.

· As a senior lead, you have to be on-site to improve the team feeling and be fully available for them. With that being said, once the team is used to work with you, you established all the necessary processes and you make sure that everything is going well (the team is independent enough), we have absolutely no problem with remote work.

· In more specific terms, your journey will be focused on specific tasks, help the team and review code to ensure that everything is working properly .

· You’ll have to keep close contact with our artist team, our game designer and our operations director, to make sure everything is properly defined and executed.

· In terms of leading the team , we expect you to be an example for our developers: you need to always find ways of improving the way we work, help the team to grow and evolve, explaining and showing them how to do it.

· We expect you to give constructive feedback that can be useful to improve our current processes and to propose new ones. Always based on respect, motivation for the project and open mind for changes and improvements.

· In terms of working hours, we are flexible, and we believe that achieving goals is more important than sticking to a strict schedule.

What is our dream profile?

For joining us in this exciting adventure, you will need:

Minimum of 5 Years of Unreal Engine Development Experience: Your role will be to technically guide the development team, leveraging your extensive experience with Unreal Engine.

Strong Leadership Skills: You will lead our junior development team, inspiring growth and motivation in alignment with the company’s direction.

Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities and Attention to Detail: We rely on you to identify issues always followed by solutions that align with our goals and project.

Proficiency in C++ and Blueprints: A deep comprehension of Unreal Engine’s architecture and APIs is essential.

Passion for the Project and Video Games: Your enthusiasm for the project and the gaming industry will be a key driver of success.

What do we offer?

Remote work: you can work remotely when you need to, but we need you to be presentially in Andorra, as your work needs to be really close to all the people working locally.

Flexible schedule: you can adapt your schedule to your needs, you are responsible for your daily work, it’s up to you how to manage it.

Specialised working members: we are a medium sized team with all the knowledge needed to develop the game that we’re creating.

️ All the equipment that you need: we understand that working with the correct and necessary tools makes our work more efficient, so we will provide you all the tools that you may need

️ Great work environment: we are a very cohesive team and we like to work in a good ambience.

Free cafeteria and console room: you will have plenty of food and drinks available, in addition to a console room where you can play with your future team mates

Join our journey: you will join a young company with tons of potential, where we have the flexibility to shape our direction and grow the business together in exciting new ways.

Once we receive your profile, we will analyse it and we will get back to you whether we are interested in moving forward or if you do not fit the profile right now.

In case you want to move on too, we will send you a test that will help us to know your personality a little bit better. This test won’t exclude you from the process and there’s no right or wrong answers: it’s important to be honest.

After correcting the test, we will set up an interview: it can be presential in our office or virtual. This interview will be with our COO, to review together the answers of the test and get to know you properly.

If the interview is successful we will send you a technical test that will be evaluated by a senior unreal team.

If you success the technical test, you will do an interview with the technical team, the owner of the company and the COO, to get to know you further in a technical way and to evaluate your leading skills

Finally, you will do your last interview with all the team, so you can get to know all of us and see if the spark appears!

We know it’s a long process, but your position is extremely important in our company and we want to put all our efforts into finding a profile that will stay with us for a long time.

As we’re asking for a on-site position, and you’re probably not living now in Andorra, we think that the fair movement is to make sure that this will be a good relationship for you and for the company.
