DescriptionOur client is seeking for an experienced Senior Underwriter to join their team in Vancouver! The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years Senior Commercial Underwriting experience and prior specialty risks experience is preferred. Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: Analyze risks, assess underwriting submissions, and make sound decisions. Develop, negotiate, and manage a portfolio of accounts in alignment with business strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service. Plan, prioritise, and manage individual tasks to meet agreed objectives and SLAs. Operate within the company framework and promptly escalate potential risks.
