Job Description

Holmanis looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Mississauga team!What will you do?Support Treasury in the development, preparation, and review of monthly Treasury ReportsWork with business partners to consolidate and analyze liquidity informationAssist the execution of secured and unsecured funding opportunities across various debt issuance programs and platformsMonitor upcoming renewal timelines to provide management with trend analysis and recommendations for structure changeMonitor daily liquidity and cash activity; determine short term borrowings and money movements to balance companies’ daily cash positionAnticipate and manage debt balances, conducts borrowing and investing activitiesPrepares currency and interest rate risk management monthly analysis related to SWAP needsResponsible for maintaining company collateral in accordance with deal activityDevelop and maintain Company Expense tracking model related to all fees paid for financings to include upfront fees and ongoing feesProvide support to back-up to initiate domestic and international wires, domestic ACH and tax payments, client automatic-debit paymentsEnsures compliance with internal controlsAnalyze and research company processes and procedures: recommend improvements and create new processes and proceduresWork closely with internal constituents to understand, prepare, and review scheduled compliance reporting; promptly, effectively, and accurately respond to questions from lendersActively participate in bank, investor and management meetingsManage all communications and data flow with IT, audit and accounting groups (internal and external)Maintain all entity documents; aid in satisfaction of all KYC requests from lending partnersUnderstand and interpret legal documentation to model and monitor performance measurements for current facilities by providing tools, data, and recommendationsAid in the training and development of new and short-term employees, including documentation of current processes and procedures for cross training/coverage purposes.Work closely with the accounting and funding desk team to manage intercompany loans, including monthly rates and balances, loan documents, dependency thresholds and potential impacts on covenants and metricsConduct ad hoc research and create reports and presentations for use by management both internally and externallyDevelop comprehensive financial analysis based on discussions with management and lendersPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; MBA an assetCertified Treasury Professional designation an assetAdvanced proficiency in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)3 - 5 years of Treasury related experience preferredSolid understanding of cash management, bank loans including securitization, and treasury productsGood understanding of financial statement and credit analysisSolid understanding of reading and negotiating financing documents and structuresStrong analytical skills; able to conduct quantitative analysis and communicate findingsProactive self-starter; able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interface and collaborate across all organizational levels and disciplinesStrong research and presentation skillsAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
