As a Senior Technical Writer, you will:

- Create documentation and guides that make it easy for customers to get started using our products and leverage advanced capabilities

- Build, manage, and grow our content library and its distribution on developer platforms with code examples, cookbooks, guides and tutorials

- Dive deep into the product and collaborate with ML and Engineering to make our platform more approachable to new users

- Collaborate with the team to plan technical content for major product releases and events

You may be a good fit if:

- You have 5+ years of direct professional experience in technical writing

- You're comfortable owning the documentation experience from concept through to publish and enjoy taking projects from 0 to 1

- Experience with building and enforcing information architecture

- You're comfortable taking on projects beyond docs when appropriate

- You have a technical background and are code literate. You must be comfortable with at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript, or Go

- Background as a developer or data scientist a big plus

- You care about the LLM field and enhancing our users experience with great documentation

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties

- You're comfortable with ambiguity and documenting nascent feature offerings

- You have experience or interest in ML, Data Science, or NLP technologies
