About the JobAs a Capco Recruiter, you will drive the talent identification and attraction strategies for both active and passive candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders to understand business strategy and demand while driving results.What You’ll Get to DoSource and identify active and passive candidates through various channels including Internet job boards, Boolean/Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, etc.Work cross functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through status updates and constant communicationEnsure a best in class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up and communicationRegularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersEnsure standardization and consistency of recruiting practices and policiesManage an efficient and effective process, utilizing Greenhouse and other toolsCreate excitement!! Be an Ambassador for Capco!What You’ll Bring with You3+ years of full cycle recruiting experienceProven experience attracting top talent across various specialities, including: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud EngineersStrong ability to assess technical knowledge and depth across a variety of skillsetsExperience independently partnering and collaborating with Leadership on hiring strategies and initiativesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibilityExperienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcingResults driven and metrics orientedAbility to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environmentAn aptitude for problem solving and independent thinkingAbility to prioritize multiple urgent requests and manage time effectivelyProfessional experience is important.
