The team requires energetic, self-motivated individuals who can work closely with a variety of key stakeholders in the development of innovative features and products. What youll doCreation and maintenance of project plans for various engagements covering schedule, cost, resource assignment, risk, communication, stakeholder management, etc.Tracking and reporting of project key performance indicators (KPI’s)Manage and motivate teams of varying size, from single to multi-disciplinary HW development teams throughout the product development lifecycleDevelop project schedules in MS Project (resource & effort estimation) collaboratively with design discipline functional managementAssess impacts on project schedule due to technical issues and determine mitigation strategiesCoordinate integration of hardware, software, firmware & mechanical developmentsOversee regulatory and safety approvals phases of new product development, where applicableManage and review product development documentation (Requirements Specifications, System Specifications, Design Description Documents, Design Verification Test Plans & Reports, Product Manuals, etc.)Review and track status of project schedules and key deliverablesDevelop and execute communications plans to ensure key stakeholders are informed appropriately of project status and key issuesAbility to drive teams to on-time, on-budget delivery of high quality outcomes for customers.What youll need to get the job doneHighly organized individual with the ability to multi-task and adjust to priorities as requiredStrong Leadership skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordEffective problem-solving skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholdersDesign teams or other departments to resolve complex issues with novel solutionsWhat will make us REALLY love youExperience with hardware and/or radio system design experienceWhat you’ll love about us• Company Culture– outstanding people and a flexible work environment with lots of after work activities/groups!
