BrainBox AI utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings.
Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.
An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a team, within a fast-growing Artificial Intelligence company for a Senior Technical Project Manager reporting to our Chief Technical Officer. This role offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead impactful projects in the Management of Aria and Riptide integration domains. What you will do
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment conducive to high productivity and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively to senior management..
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project schedule and quality.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Optimize resource utilization and project efficiency to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within a software development or IT environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience in risk management and conflict resolution within project teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented approach to project planning, execution, and documentation.
