You’ll have the opportunity to drive strategy with executives as you collaborate with senior managers to transform and continuously improve our collaboration practices, leading by example as you drive your own portfolio directly with the development teams. Join our dynamic team at TELUS and play a pivotal role in creating a cutting-edge content platform to elevate TELUS TV into the premier customer experience and entertainment service in Canada.Responsibilities:Lead the evolution of our video platform by delivering innovative features, enhancing user experience, and optimizing performance across Live, On-Demand, and Cloud PVR PortfoliosCollaborate with product managers to refine feature visions and work closely with technical teams to bring them to life through agile development processesOwn and prioritize your squads backlogs to maximize customer and business value, adapting to changing market conditions and requirementsProactively identify and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your teamsDrive continuous improvement in how your teams work togetherQualificationsRequirements:5+ years of experience leading agile teams through the complete product development lifecycleAbility to communicate and execute a strategic vision for long-term product roadmaps of complex productsStrong project and process management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teamsProficiency in agile and lean startup methodologies, with a focus on delivering minimum viable products and continuous improvementKnowledge of video services technology and development is a valuable assetExcellent design, product sense, and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative environmentStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic analysis skillsProven ability to interpret data, generate innovative solutions, and navigate conflicts of interestDesired Qualifications:Experience in agile product management, software development, or technical project/program managementCertifications such as PMP, agile, lean, scrum, LeSS, or relevant technical certificationsWorking knowledge of APIs, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and cloud servicesMBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset Salary Range:  $96,000-$144,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
