Nurun is looking for a CX Strategist. The candidate must have proven analytical and synthesis skills, but must also think outside the box to find THE right idea. His/her role in the Strategy team will be to collaborate and lead various strategy projects, and to play a key role in the Discovery and Definition phases.

Job Description

We're looking for a proactive person, capable of navigating ambiguity, who always questions the status quo and dares to ask questions. This person's mandate will be to fully understand the reality of the people affected by the solutions and products that Nurun designs, in order to define, in collaboration with various experts, visions and action plans that unite and mobilize the team and organizations.

This person must also be pragmatic, always seeking to identify what generates the most value for customers and users. They must also be sensitive to data and use it to rationalize their thinking.

What we’d like from you?

  • Listen, question, understand, analyze and reformulate customers' business issues;
  • Understand users' needs, expectations and frustrations through direct and indirect observation of their behaviors;
  • Represent internal and external customers in discussions with other experts;
  • Collaborate with CX strategists and business designers, performance analysis experts and content strategists on large-scale mandates and specific activities;
  • Develop results-oriented strategies;
  • Affirm visions, define digital concepts and tactics that combine user experience, design and technology, then back it all up with a business-oriented discourse.
  • Collaborate effectively with members of the Strategy and Performance team, as well as with other agency experts: business designers, product designers, UX and UI designers, art directors, product managers, business analysts, technologists, etc;
  • Prepare and lead ideation and collaboration sessions with various experts, users and customers;
  • Keep abreast of technological trends and innovations, and monitor competitors' initiatives to identify opportunities that will help our customers stand out from the crowd,

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience, including consumer research.
  • Master's degree or university diploma in marketing, advertising, business administration, computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing expertise at both theoretical and practical levels.
  • Strong interest and experience in Human Centered Design/Design Thinking tools and approaches;
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
