Get in on the ground floor of our new R&D office in Toronto as afront-end leaning Senior Full-Stack Engineer!
Over time, our office will grow into a pillar of the technology community in Toronto. As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (with deep expertise on the front-end), you will be at the forefront of our cutting-edge projects, wielding your expertise in creating visually stunning and responsive user interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, ensuring seamless performance, and driving customer engagement. You will have the opportunity to take a project team from “zero to one” by leveraging your aptitude for navigating ambiguity and your experience working within a service-oriented architecture.

What You Will Work On
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, cross-functional team to find solutions to customer challenges
- Take ownership of buildingfull-stack (with a front-end tilt) flexible, test-driven software that minimizes tech debt and enables change
- Support, monitor, and maintain integrations with industry-leading third-party platforms
- Shape API-driven services that are secure, compliant, and highly auditable
- Enable an experience that is fully internationalized and localized for a global customer base
- Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge-sharing and mentorship
- Enhance our testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment infrastructure
- Keep extremely sensitive data compartmentalized and secure
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer
- Experience with front-end development and front-end technologies.
- Strong object-oriented design and coding skills
- Experience working with complicated systems at scale
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience building new feature from scratch, using clean, organized, and scalable code
- Experience supporting other engineers and acting as a “tech lead”
- Experience working using Agile/Scrum methodology in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
- Experience with frontend development and frontend technologies
