About the role

- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our founding team, working alongside talented individuals who share a passion for innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for architecting and developing robust APIs to seamlessly integrate financial technology products into our clients' platforms.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable and efficient API solutions using PHP and Laravel
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration with React-based interfaces
- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure for optimal performance and scalability
- Enforce strong testing practices, continuous delivery, and real-time feedback to drive product excellence
- Take ownership of delivery, exploring innovative solutions, and problem-solving collaboratively with the team
- "Wear multiple hats” throughout the software development lifecycle, working with product management and cross functional team members, validating effort and timelines, project and task management, security and compliance, monitoring
Qualifications
- Has spent the majority of their career working in the software industry
- Experience scoping, building, shipping, and maintaining a complex application
- Proven deep knowledge about the whole technology stack of a system
- History of evolving architecture to support future requirements
- Ability to mentor others to accelerate their career-growth
- Improves team processes, listening to feedback and guiding the team through changes
- Has made impact not only on their whole team but also on other teams and organizations
- Frameworks: Laravel / React
- Heavy focus on testing, continuous delivery, and real-time monitoring
