Senior Project Manager to join their Global Development team, based in Vancouver (Hybrid, 3-days onsite).
Their development teams follow the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for efficient and collaborative workflows. You will plan, lead, organize, and control all phases of multiple software development projects within the company's scrum teams.

Applicants need to have either Canadian citizenship or permanent residency for Canada due to travel requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion with a customer-focused approach.
Advocate for and implement agile processes, providing mentorship and guidance to project teams.
Manage multiple, concurrent projects of varying size, complexity, and location.
Lead and coach cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, QA, Engineers, Customers) for maximum productivity and successful delivery.
Implement and rollout SAFe processes within the organization.
Ensure adherence to rigorous Quality Assurance processes.
Manage project risks and reporting.
Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Deliver comprehensive project status reports, including financials and budgets.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience managing all phases of large, complex projects independently.
Experience managing software development projects
Formal training and qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
Scrum certification and relevant experience.
Experience in designing and implementing software development/technology processes.
Perfect fluency in verbal and written English.
Willingness to travel.
The ideal candidate should also have:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills in account management and business analytics.
Experience with SAFe practices.
Experience in deploying new web-based products.
Fluency in another major European language.
Knowledge of databases, JIRA, and Confluence.
Background in programming
