My client is a leading Fintech company owned by multiple leading financial institutions in the market. They are now looking for Senior Software Development Manager to join the team. Position will be mainly responsible for developing and maintaining existing applications, as well as leveraging the latest in private and public cloud technologies, generative AI, and microservices architecture to achieve a No-code or Low-Code environment. Responsibilities: Create a plan for the modernization of existing products and drive our cloud and AI initiatives. Provide strategic direction for product and service delivery, ensuring adherence to requirements, budget, and timelines. Oversee software license management, optimizing usage to align with business needs and drive cost savings. Leading a technology team of software development engineers in evolving our core technologies to provide best in class experiences.Ensure coding, testing, debugging and implementation activities are completed to sufficient levels required.Provide technical direction and guidance to projects, ensuring risks are mitigated and projects are implemented quickly and successfully. Requirements:10+ years of progressive software development experience. 2+ years of people management experience. Expertise in Spring, Java, Node.js, Java Script, CSS, React, Postgres. Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, No-Code/Low-Code platforms, and Process Mining is a big plus. Experience with Azure Cloud and OCP is a big plus. Ability to provide technical direction, influence, and build consensus. Knowledge to identify future items impacting engineering skills. Ability to bring people together to solve problems. A strategic thinker.
