Job Description

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer Analyst for a 6-month contract role with a client of ours located in Burnaby (Hybrid set-up-2 days per week on-site and 3 days remote).Pay Rate: $60 to $65/hrKey Responsibilities: Leads design, development and documentation of a complex and comprehensive product suite.Provides technical direction, participates in hiring and coaching developers.Develops an in-depth understanding of our applications and provides ideas to improve them.Participates in the creation and review of architectural designs.Develops and conducts unit, integration, performance and regression testing.Participates in all Scrum activities such as Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint demos, Retrospectives, etc.Scopes and estimates work.Troubleshoots production issuesCarries out other related tasks and projects as agreed upon by team.Relentlessly seeks out continuous improvement opportunities.Education Degree or Diploma in Computing ScienceExperience Minimum of 7 years’ code integration in an application development.
