Job SummaryAs we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking a talented Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and drive engagement across various platforms. As the Senior Social Media Manager at LMN, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging that resonates with our target audience. Produce high-quality written and visual content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments. Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and campaigns and provide regular reports to key stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge. What you bring to LMN (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the software or technology industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends, with the ability to leverage them effectively to achieve business goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to track and measure the success of social media campaigns. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute cohesive social media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.
