Newton's Grove School, a student-focused, university prep school for students from JK to grade 12 located near Pearson International Airport is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Business and Accounting teacher. This is a full-time LTO position teaching in the Senior Division to start in August 2024 and will run until June 2025, with the potential of a permanent position. An ideal candidate possesses OCT qualifications, experience, and familiarity with the Ontario Curriculum.
With small classes of 21 or fewer, our committed faculty and staff team delivers an exceptional whole-child educational program exceeding Ministry of Education standards. With 250 students three years ago, 340 two years ago, 400 last year and over 500 this year, we are growing. Students and faculty are supported to do their best in our bright, modern, state-of-the-art facility that assists us to inspire and support every aspect of each student's development. The opening of our Athletic Centre attached to the school this fall has added a double gym, second floor running track, weight room, dance/movement studio and more.
