Role Overview

In this role you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Salesforce capabilities ensuring optimal performance and accessibility for all users across the organization.

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on LWC and Integration to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to define design and adapt features that enhance user experience.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the Salesforce system by implementing standard processes in sharing and visibility.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze and solve complex Salesforce issues to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the platform.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance performance and user satisfaction

What you bring to the role

  • Must have a solid foundation in Salesforce development with specific expertise in LWC and Integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Salesforce certification in Sharing and Visibility Designer or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce PD1 & PD2 Certifications are Required..

Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Kitchener/Toronto, ON.
