Established over 30 years ago, Westbank is private real estate development practice, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. We are dedicated to the creation of inspiring, mixed-use projects, concentrating primarily in our core cities of focus: Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, Tokyo and San Jose. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Sales Specialist will have the opportunity to represent the most sought-after residential homes in Vancouver. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative who enjoys interacting with clients and working in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients through the buying process aligning needs/wants with a particular home
  • Presenting and communicating a variety of floor plans, features and benefits
  • Closing sales for new homes to meet or exceed company goals
  • Engaging with the outside real estate community to develop sales and marketing activities
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing clients accurately on the home buying process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of local Real Estate experience with a valid Real Estate Trading Services License in good standing
  • Must be able to work weekends and statutory holidays
  • Must speak fluent English and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time and armed with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Assets include second language, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, knowledge of Real Estate software and Salesforce
