Internationalmanufacturer of personal care products is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for North America Region who will beresponsible for the development and growth of customer sales in the North America (US and Canada), as well as the management and development of the sales team along with developing sales strategy.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and growing customer base in United States and CanadaSeeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the companySustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunitiesConducts market studies including competitive, SWOT, industry and trend analysisKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesResolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to managementSupports professional development of sales teamCreates company strategies for mid to long term growthQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, engineering or business related field7+ years of sales and/or marketing management experience in the cosmetics industry preferredKnowledge of cosmetics, pigments and/or inorganic chemistries requiredCustomer Service, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client RelationshipsCan perform well in divesified environmentOpen to business travel (both domestic and international)Base salary up to 150K+BonusTagged as:Business Development ,NY ,Sales, Marketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
