We are seeking a Senior Researcher who willplay an integral role by conducting research to quantify carbon andenergy impacts of different electrification and decarbonizationstrategies, including both technological (heat pumps) and user-centric(utility billing) approaches. Our ideal Senior Researcher has experiencein conducting and managing research and analysis on residential systemsincluding HVAC, water heating, and heat pump applications. What you\'ll do: Conduct primary and secondaryresearch on residential and community decarbonization, with a focus onelectrification and heat pump approaches. Conduct field research athomes and community facilities to gather information and data, which mayinclude measurements and qualitative outcomes. Manage research anddevelopment projects, including cross-functional teams, and reportresults to clients and to the broader industry.
