The Product Innovation team infuses the lululemon apparel business with new ideas, new understanding, new technologies, & new products. With a diverse and passionate team of innovators, our leading human and material research infrastructure, and the pioneering Science of Feel innovation philosophy, the Product Innovation team ensures that lululemon remains at the forefront of the sport, exercise, and lifestyle apparel industry. We need you to lead a diverse portfolio of projects, develop your team, inspire the business, and ensure the delivery of a continuous stream of innovative concepts.

- You consistently improve standards, provide direction and ensure career development to your team, fostering a creative and thriving environment through research leadership skills
- Lead a group of researchers across a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, employ various strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, cross-functional partners are supported, and the highest quality research is delivered
- As an applied scientist and innovator, you excel in thinking 'outside the box' and feel at ease delving into the details, challenging and enhancing research across different scientific domains
- You amplify the impact of Advanced Concepts by engaging diverse audiences through powerful storytelling and collaborating cross-functionally with initiative, empathy and adaptability
- Graduate degree (PhD preferred) in sports technology or related fields (e.g. kinesiology, biomechanics, engineering)
- 7+ years of relevant work experience with clear evidence of transitioning R & I concepts into mainline businesses
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively & successfully deliver multiple, concurrent, cross-functional, multi-year innovation projects
- Demonstrated ability in developing strategic visions & effectively implementing various tactics to achieve successful innovation outcomes
- You are curious, a great communicator and are passionate about industry research & innovation

- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $96,800 - 127,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
